Introduction

Welcome to SafeSchoolID, the Vendor Access Management Service developed and managed by Blue Oak Technologies LLC, located at 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. These terms and conditions govern your use of SafeSchoolID. By accessing or using SafeSchoolID, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use SafeSchoolID.

Definitions and Interpretations

"SafeSchoolID": The term "SafeSchoolID" refers to the Vendor Access Management Service provided by Blue Oak Technologies LLC and located at https://safeschoolid.net/. This service enables schools and vendors to manage and control access to school properties through a sophisticated system.
"Schools": The term "Schools" refers to educational institutions that utilize SafeSchoolID to manage vendor access. Schools have the authority to control which vendors are permitted to access their premises.
"Vendors": The term "Vendors" refers to organizations or individuals that register with SafeSchoolID to gain access to school properties. Vendors include contractors, service providers, or any other entity seeking authorization to enter school premises.
"Employee (of a vendor)": An "Employee" refers to an individual who works for a vendor registered with SafeSchoolID. Employees may include staff members, contractors, or representatives of the vendor organization.
"Pass": A "Pass" is a unique QR code and alphanumerical code generated by SafeSchoolID. This Pass is issued to employees of vendors who have successfully undergone identity and criminal background checks. The Pass grants authorized access to school premises.

How Access is Granted

Access to SafeSchoolID is granted to both schools and vendors. Schools can manage vendor access to school properties, validate passes of school employees, and grant or revoke access to individuals. Vendors can register employees, order criminal checks for employees, and generate entry passes based on identity and criminal checks.

Accounts Created

Users must create accounts to access SafeSchoolID. User accounts are personal and may not be shared. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

Key Functionality

SafeSchoolID provides the following key functionality: Generate Pass: Vendors can generate entry passes for their employees after successful identity and criminal checks. Verify Identity and Conduct a Criminal Check: Vendors can verify the identity of their employees and conduct criminal background checks. Provide Access: Schools can grant or deny access to individuals based on their entry passes.

SafeSchoolID is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Blue Oak Technologies LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of SafeSchoolID.

Our Liability

Blue Oak Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use SafeSchoolID. Additionally, Blue Oak Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the criminal checks provided by Authenticate.com or in the identity verification process conducted by https://withpersona.com/. Users understand and acknowledge that Blue Oak Technologies LLC relies on external services for criminal checks and identity verification, and therefore, Blue Oak Technologies LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by these external services. Users agree to hold Blue Oak Technologies LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of information obtained through Authenticate.com or https://withpersona.com/.

Viruses and Malware

Blue Oak Technologies LLC makes every effort to ensure that SafeSchoolID is free from viruses and malware. However, Blue Oak Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any damages caused by viruses or malware transmitted through SafeSchoolID.

Suspension

Blue Oak Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to SafeSchoolID for any user who violates these terms and conditions.

Changes to the Terms

Blue Oak Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of SafeSchoolID after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
